Our home within the medieval village and the Giustiniani palace in the Serravalle district (named Little Venice for its small streets similar to Venetian streets), is ideal for groups and families. A perfect retreat awaits you for those who want relaxation, privacy and history. The space On the ground floor, the independent entrance opens a cozy living room with terracotta floor with underfloor heating and fir wood beams, kitchen equipped to prepare Italian dishes, there is a bathroom with washing machine. On the first floor, two double bedrooms await you, one overlooking a balcony where you can rest on two deck chairs, an elegant bathroom with a whirlpool tub. To get to the second floor, go up the wooden stairs and you will arrive in this enveloping attic with a double-pitched roof with original antique beams. You will find a double bed and two single beds and a small living room with a sofa and two armchairs and a bathroom with a shower. The beating heart of the house is the beautiful garden, where you will find a table with an umbrella where you can rest and sip an excellent glass of prosecco or have a great breakfast, and where children can play freely. An authentic experience between comfort and ancient charm. THE HOUSE IS EQUIPPED WITH SMART TV IN EVERY TV THERE IS NETFLIX, WIFI, AIR CONDITIONING AND PRIVATE PARKING THAT CAN HOLD TWO CARS OR A VAN.
