A gateaway to the South of France (spa, pool)

We are happy to accommodate up to 6 people who wish to enjoy a relaxing stay. The house, built 300 years ago, has been completely renovated. Just for you: a garden for your barbecues and swimming pool/jaccuzzi evenings, bikes for your walks, beautiful vegetation... 5 mins from Villeneuve, a medieval village. 15 mins from Villefranche-de-Rouergue. We can also suggest you a two days chocolate making course for beginners right in the property! The space We are open to accommodate 6 people maximum for 5 nights minimum in the summer (June to August) and 2 nights from October to April (with chocolate making courses). There are 3 bedrooms : one on the ground floor (with a jacuzzi) and two on the first floor. Each room has a double bed and its private bathroom, plus one extra single bed. You will have access to the kitchen and living room, a pool, jacuzzi spa and garden (all private for you). Guest access There are two parts : > The main house, for us the hosts (this way we can be available in case you have any questions or issues) > The gite, for you : 3 bedrooms, 3 private bathrooms, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a private garden with a pool and spa, a private parking. We live in a calm and relaxing area (just with two families living across from us) but nothing blocking the view from the garden/pool area... but a pleasant view... no noise., just good weather and birds! If you decide you wish to go out, there are many medieval villages in Aveyron to choose from! Other things to note Important, please note : > We do not accept smoking inside our gite (for hygiene reasons and for the well-being of our next guests). > We do not accept pets (for the same reasons) > If you are travelling with children, please keep an eye on them (for security reasons as the pool is not secured with a barrier (just an alarm). > We can help you out if something is broken : fridge, light, TV, electrical issues or water...
