This is the basement of our house with a separate entrance. It only 2.6 miles to V Tech. There is one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with 2 sofas and dining table. Children can sleep on the sofas. The entire basement with a private entrance is reserved for the guests. I will be available any time for any need. Neighborhood is walking distance to Kroger, Starbucks coffee and many more restaurants. It is less than mile away from University blvd. There are multiple bus stops near the house.
