Sunflower Retreat is located on Pine Ridge, in the beautiful setting of Percy Wood Country Park, home to lots of wildlife including Roe Deer and the elusive red squirrels in 180 acres of parkland. Explore the park, play a round or two of free golf or simply relax in the bubbles of your own hot tub. Large open plan living space, patio doors to outside terrace with patio furniture. Sleeps 4, master bedroom en-suite. Up to 2 dogs welcome (small fee). Unlimited Golf included in price of holiday. The space This beautiful holiday home hosts up to 4 guests. There are two bedrooms, one of which fits a king sized bed with an en-suite shower and the other is a twin bedroom. Along with the en-suite bathroom there is family bathroom. A large balcony wraps around the home where there are furniture to sit and relax. The lounge has a large flat screen tv and large comfy sofas perfect for chilling out. There is also free Wi-Fi in the lodge. The kitchen is fully fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, including washing machine and dishwasher, American fridge freezer, double oven, five burner gas hob and microwave. Parking is also free. Guest access You will access to the entire property for you whole stay. Other things to note The site has no shop so you need to come prepared as the closest shops are In Felton then Alnwick. The closest bar is in Swarland village which is within walking distance, through the woods and a short stroll over the golf course.
