In our opinion you really can’t be in a better position. Literally around the corner from Sagres’s bars and restaurants and a few minutes walk from the lovely Mareta beach. For surfers just a few minutes more and you’re on Tonel beach. You really couldn’t ask for more. The house itself is large and bright containing four comfortable bedrooms and two lounge areas to relax in and an excellently appointed kitchen +3 bathrooms. Other things to note The Swimming Pool is unguarded and available at any time. Please respect the neighbor community while making use of it. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Glass in any form is prohibited in the pool area and guests are kindly asked to maintain the area proper. The swimming pool is open year round and generally from April to November the water temperature is very pleasant and for most of our guests the heating isn’t necessary. However we do have the option of heating the pool. Barbecue. The house has a charcoal barbecue, which can be used. Fire extinguishers are provided in the kitchen. First Aid kit is provided. Smoking inside the house is prohibited.
