Large double room with ensuite, near to Nottingham

I have 2 rooms , large ensuite room with a double bed and a single bed , sleeps 3 people , and a double room with shared bathroom , sleeps 3 people .This booking is for the ensuite room. The space Large Victorian terrace ,in the area of the Meadows, 2 miles from Nottingham city centre, 25 mins walk . 1 mile from the station, 10 mins walk .3/4 mile from Trent bridge, Nottingham Forest, County football, 10 mins walk . 1 mile from west bridgford, 20 mins walk . 4 miles from Holme pier pont and 5 mins walk to river Trent. The house has 2 bedrooms , 1 double and 1 large double ensuite with extra single bed. The ensuite has catering facilities, tea, coffee, milk, fridge, toaster, kettle and fridge. Guest access Guests can use the garden for smoking. During your stay Guests can ask me any questions , I am sociable, but also respect guests privacy Other things to note I have a very quiet small dog who only is our private areas of the house. The room is up 2 flights of stairs.
