The neighborhood is safe and quiet and is the smallest park in the area with only 30 homes. Bring your family and head to the beach in just a few minutes walking time. This home comfortably sleeps 2. There is one bedroom and a loft, for a total of two queen beds. There is a bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and bathroom linens are provided. The kitchenette has a small refrigerator, stove top, and dishes and utensils. It's the perfect place to prepare for your picnics or snacks for your daily outings. The living room area has a television with DVD player. Please note: there is no cable. If you would like internet, please let us know - it will be an additional $60 per month. Or use this opportunity to unplug and truly get away from it all! You will have one parking spot, just behind the home. There is a laundry room onsite. Sorry, no furry friends allowed.
