Description
Welcome to my home! We now live in this house with my daughter > PLEASE SEND A REQUEST FOR AVAILABILITY INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING :) Some rooms still need a little renovation, it's not a hotel but a living house ;) Typical Langres house, old glassworks, wonderfully placed on the ramparts and enjoying a sublime sunset. The house has remained authentic with its open half-levels The space When you enter the house you will discover a small living room that can be used as a bedroom with 1 sofa bed, with a small bathroom (shower + sink) and an independent toilet; you can then either go down to the kitchen, new and fully equipped (oven, cooktop, dishwasher, washing machine, utensils) then to the small intimate terrace and the garden that leads to the ramparts, or go up to the upper floor where there is a bedroom (ramparts side), bathed in light, with 3 possible beds (either 3 single beds or 1 double bed in 180 + 1 single bed); on the same floor is a small desk area with a simple sofa bed; the last flight of stairs leads you to the bedroom (street side) with 2 beds (either a double bed (180) or 2 single beds); a separate bathroom with bathtub and toilet is in the same space. For little travelers, we can provide a cot, high chair, and other things if you need. The house only has one really closed room which is the room on the ramparts side, but everything has been designed to preserve the privacy of guests as much as possible. The house is heated by electric heaters and a pellet stove in winter and when the cool weather is felt. Guest access The entire property is available for guests. I obviously ask you to respect our personal belongings that are in the house, not to touch anything, clothes, office things or anything else. Books can be leafed through with respect 😊 Access to the cellar in the kitchen is forbidden Other things to note There are about fifteen stairs in the house (3 half-floors of 5 steps), this is to be taken into account if you come with young children or people with mobility difficulties
