Our apartment La casa di Gemma is very bright and very cozy with a modern furniture. It is perfect for families of 4 or 2 couples. It is on the 3rd top floor in a typical venetian buliding where 2 venetian families are living. There is no elevator. In the very next neighbourhood there is a supermarket, bars, pastery and nice little restaurants. The closest boat stop is S. Stae and is 5 walking minutes away. The space LA "CASA DI GEMMA" iS A COSZY AND BRIGHT APARTMENT LOCATED IN THE HEART OF THE CITY. The appartamento is in the heart of the city in one of the most beautiful square (San Giacomo dell'Orio). Within 5 min walking you can reach the boat stop San Stae, within 10 min the Rialto Market and 20 min San Marco square. Just around the corner ther is a bakery, supermarket and nice little restaurants. La Casa di Gemma is on the 3rd floor with view on the streets of Venice. The apartment is completely new with wooden floor and very bright. It has a big bed room with a king sizebed, an other room with a double bed, living room with a sofa bed (for 2 persons) , kitchen, and bath room with shower and bath. It has heating, TV, wifi, oven, microwave, iron, hairdryer, sheets and towels. Other things to note At your check out you can leave the city tax in cash and the keys on the kitchen table. The price is euro 4,00 per night per person and euro 2,00 per night for teenagers (11 - 16 years old).
