"White Blue" Accommodation is perfect for families and couples. Located on the hill of Krotiri area, 3km from Parikia, it offers a magnificent view of the bay of Parikia. Ideal for unforgettable holidays and relaxing moments we keep the accommodation as "private" as possible for our visitors to enjoy, since overnight and external visitors are not allowed. The apartment is part of the complex, just in front of the pool and acommodates 1 couple or a family of 3 with 1 child (age 4-10). The space BRIEF DESCRIPTION • Single spaced apartment, 1 double bed and two single beds for children. The double bed is separated with curtain from the other 2 beds. • Fully equipped kitchen, living room and 1 double spaced bath. • The house is a part of a complex of 3 houses and 3 apartments. IMPORTANT NOTE: Distance from Parikia 4 km. Please note that you will need to rent a means of transport and according to our suggestion preferably a car. Accommodation is private, only for its guests. • Noise: All guests are asked to respect the other guests and nearby residents. • Animals & Pets: Sorry, pets are not allowed. • Smoking: Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the houses and apartments. Smoking is permitted only at outdoor areas. • Pool Hours: You can use the pool between 8:30 – 15:00 and 17:00 – 22:00, for self cleaning and respect of the siesta time of Greek law. For safety reasons, the use of any inflatables, balls, full face masks and snorkels in the pool, are not allowed. • Basketball Hours: You can play at the court upon request, 11:00 -13:00 and 18:00 -20:00 • Security: Specific outdoor area zones are protected by surveillance cameras for security reasons. Ensuring compliance with the obligations of regulation (EU) 2016/679. (GDPR) IMPORTANT NOTE: The area is not suitable for children under 4 years old. Other things to note "White Blue" is an excellent self-catering accommodation, the houses and the apartments are fully equipped with all the comforts for calm and carefree stay. All houses and apartments have their own balcony with Sea View and Private Parking. The accommodation is not suitable for children under 4 years old for safety reasons. Safety: For safety reasons, upon check-in, we will ask you to sign an information document indicating that you agree to the common safety rules for using a swimming pool in a property.
