For 31 day stays or longer: Separate "In-Law Quarters" including 2 private rooms with private baths. Rooms #1 and #2 are cheerful rooms, each with a queen bed. There is a third room upstairs… We are in Amherst, a lovely suburban neighborhood of Buffalo. It is an excellent location - that is close to everything!! We prefer longer stays, and often have guests who stay a semester. Between semesters, you may stay for shorter periods. Thank you!! The location is terrific and everybody enjoys the charm of our country home in a park-like residential setting. Our location is excellent for accessing UB, Daemen, Dent Tower, Duff's Famous Wings, Canalside or Niagara Falls... We have private beds and baths, with shared kitchen, dining, entrance, yard and patio spaces... The house is white, and set back from the road. The in-law space is in the rear of the house with a separate side entrance. Joe and Jill live in the front of the house. There is a keyless code for flexible arrival times, and a lighted, roofed entrance for your convenience.
