Beautiful 43 m2 bright and renovated apartment with private terrace in a house located in a quiet area between the villages of Talloires and Menthon Saint Bernard. Great for a relaxing stay in a fabulous setting, for discovering the city of Annecy with its famous old town or for a sports stay (paragliding 600 m away) The space Close to the lake and the bike path and many walks from the apartment, including the nature reserve of Roc de Chère is just around the corner. The paragliding landing is 600 m away. The wonderful Lake Annecy is a 10-minute walk from the apartment (less than 5 by bike on the bike path). There are activities for everyone: beach, sailing, paddleboarding, canoeing, wakeboarding, boating. For cycling enthusiasts, the tour of the lake is pleasant and accessible to all, and for the more adventurous, there are a large number of more or less demanding tours to do from the apartment. There are two butcher shops, a bakery, a grocery store and several restaurants nearby. The beautiful Talloires golf course with breathtaking views of the lake is a 5-minute walk away (and Giez golf course is a 15-minute drive away). Our apartment is conveniently located for easy access to the mountains and all the activities associated with them depending on the season (hiking, climbing, paragliding, mountain biking, skiing, snowshoeing, sledding...). The following ski resorts are less than an hour away: La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand, Crest-Volland, Les Saisies, Praz sur Arly, Megève. Speaking of paragliding, the Perroix landing site is next door and the Doussard landing site is a 10-minute drive.
