New studio in a renovated farm, Thônes, Annecy

Discover a completely renovated studio with a double bed on a real mezzanine ... The studio is in a renovated farm typical of the Aravis mountains, 1 km from the center of the charming village of Thônes, and a 15-minute drive from the beaches of Lake Annecy and the ski resorts of La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand. Laurent, mountain guide and mountain bike instructor, and Nadia, ceramist (ceramic workshop on site) will welcome you and guide you to better discover the region. The space The studio has been renovated with local materials, like the whole house, taking care to use ecological materials as much as possible. The whole house is heated by a wood boiler using wood chips, totally renewable energy, allowing to value wood that would otherwise be unusable. Hot water is also produced by this same boiler. Guest access You will find on site an accessible laundry room, a ski locker, a space to park your bikes safely, a play area for children outside, a table and chairs in the garden reserved for you, and a location to park your car.
