Trams & buses (incl Airport link) stop right by the apartment, & its just behind a supermarket (open early til late). The block features an elevator & secure entrance. FREE CAR PARKING FOR 1 CAR! The space The apartment has recently been repainted & redecorated. A large modern 2 bedroom apartment featuring fantastic modern light and in a perfect city centre location. There is a big living/dining room area with a large flat screen tv and comfortable seating. 2 large full height and width windows are fantastic for natural light and people watching. The kitchen features all mod cons including Oven, Cooker, Microwave, Washing Machine. 1 bedroom is a large double, the other is a comfortable size with a double bed. Both feature plenty of storage space. We also have a very comfortable double bed sofa bed that can be setup for extra guests if you wish. The apartment also features a large main bathroom with bathtub and shower. Guest access The whole apartment is all yours to enjoy, with plenty of storage space for luggage Other things to note Note: We have a 'Ring' doorbell with camera covering the exterior entrance of the apartment from the door looking outside. This has been installed for your security and safety and is kept on. Please note this apartment is not suitable for parties. We ask that guests are respectful of neighbours in our quiet residential neighbourhood and keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 11pm and 7am. Note that we do monitor any attempts to break our house rules.
