Penrith - Cosy house with off-street parking

A two-bedroom house located in central Penrith, with easy access to the Lake District & Eden valley.The property has designated private parking for one car. Convenient for walking, biking, outdoor activities & many local attractions.This homely,clean & tidy property is only 15 minutes from Ullswater. Penrith has a range of amenities from a cinema, restaurants, pubs, leisure centre & great independent shops. Penrith just off the M6 & on the west coast mainline (Penrith, North Lakes). The space The property is a cosy two-bed house, newly carpeted and tucked away in Penrith town centre in the corner of a quiet residential courtyard. It benefits from a private parking space. It offers open plan living giving the opportunity to relax together and cook a meal or head into Penrith for a tempting choice of restaurants, pubs or takeaways. The house has one bedroom downstairs (this can be a twin or a king-size double, please let us know your preference) with an en-suite shower room and a double room upstairs with the family bathroom. There is a lockable bike/pushchair storage for up to 4 cycles (used at own risk) and an outdoor area to enjoy a relaxing moment after a day in Penrith or a day in the Lake District. We ask that guests remove their shoes in the house. We have provided cosy socks/slippers to use indoors during your stay. Guest access You will have full use of the property. There are a couple of storage cupboards locked with our cleaning materials, linen etc. We will be in touch with details for check-in about a week before your stay. Other things to note We want to provide convenient, comfortable and clean accommodation with private parking very close to Penrith town centre. An ideal alternative to a hotel offering a bit more flexibility and freedom. We provide all bed linen, towels and bath mats, plus extra blankets in the wardrobes. In addition to crockery, cutlery and general cookware, I provide some kitchen essentials including: dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, dish cloth, oven glove, tea towel, tin foil, salt/pepper and olive oil. There is hand soap in each bathroom. The TV has a Roku streaming stick and an integrated DVD player. No smoking or vaping indoors please - an ash tray is provided outside by the shed (small silver bucket).
