Double room in shared Town house

Ideal for professionals, those working from home, and travellers who like a quiet area in a central location. I live & work in Germany. For this reason, the house is ‘self-serve’ therefore guests are expected to clean up after themselves out of respect for other guests with whom they’ll share the communal areas. The property is professionally managed by my co-host John and his professional cleaners. Myself and my co-host are only a phone call away for any issues you might have. The space Guests are invited to make themselves at home! Well presented, comfortable, clean, and quiet. Shops & train station all within 15 min walk or less. Tesco express-5 min walk. 25 minutes to central London. Fresh bedding provided. Locks on doors. Desk for home working. Clean bedding and weekly house cleaner provided. While the room is listed for a single person only, I will accept couples on a case-by-case basis, therefore please make an enquiry in this case. I control this because in the interests and enjoyment of all guests I do not believe it is appropriate for more than 3 people staying in the house at any one time. Guest access There is no parking available, you may find some free parking around Vicarage Road (off Christchurch road) about a 10 minute walk away, but the council is often implementing car parking charges, so while this might be available at the time of writing this isn’t guaranteed in the future. During your stay Always free to take calls whenever for whatever you want. Other things to note IMPORTANT: The house and living areas are maintained to a high standard and there is a strict expectation of guests that they treat each other and communal spaces with consideration and respect. All reservations are vetted, and I will generally only accept bookings from those whom have a previous recommendation / Airbnb rating. If you do not have any previous recommendations, I will request further information about yourself. I will not accept reservations from guests that I suspect may be unclean or unsuitable with respect to these rules that are in place for the enjoyment of everyone. While I have not had any problems in the past, if a guest is made to feel uncomfortable in anyway as a result of behaviour from another guest, they are encouraged to contact me immediately and a full refund will be provided, no questions asked, as a security so you can book with piece of mind. There is a weekly cleaner but of course guests are expected to clean up after themselves for the benefit of other guests including emptying the bins in between cleaner visits.
