This home boasts 3 bedrooms 2 full baths, a fully appointed kitchen, gas stove w center griddle for home cooked breakfasts if you choose. Refrigerator/freezer, electric coffee maker w/ filters, french press, a variety of coffee & teas. Brita water filter pitcher, toaster, blender, In house full size washer/dryer, tankless hot water heater, off street parking for 4 and free street parking.

Free wifi/ 4 smart TV’s with Roku’s, and tons of nostalgic charm.

A large fenced back yard with a deck, outdoor charcoal grill, string lighting, fire pit, & a corn hole toss game, giant 4 in a row game and plenty of seating.

Electric car charger available, contact host for use before booking.

A Graco Travel Lite Baby Crib made available (upon request only).

The 2 Millard floor mattresses are made available for reservations of 7 or 8 but not stored on site otherwise. Prior arrangements must be made for their use for reservations of 6 or less.

Stollewerk Haus hosts are 5th & 6th generation New Braunfels, we live close and are available if you have any special needs.

These is a large paved driveway which provides off street parking for 4 cars, one being a covered carport for 1 small vehicle. Since we are centrally located you are a short drive or Uber to everything there is to do in New Braunfels.

We are conveniently located to IH35 with several dining & shopping options near by. We are located in an older neighborhood with quiet neighbors in a mixed use area. City of New Braunfels only allows (permits) short term rentals in areas zoned commercial or mixed use, not in residential only.

You're staying in the middle of New Braunfels everything is close to Stollewerk Haus weather you bike, drive or Uber around town.
