Peaceful townhouse in Oak Park

A cosey and bright room with a double bed plus a chest of draws and a bedside table. This room has a built-in wardrobe, carpet on the floor and a window face to the backyard. The bedroom is quiet and don't get street noise. The space This double storey townhouse is located a short stroll to oak park train station and Snell Grove shops ,schools and parks . Downstairs consists of kitchen , open plan living area,European laundry and one toilet . Upstairs has two bedrooms and a bathroom . This place also includes a courtyard and a cool/heating split system unit in the living area. Guest access All the common areas are free to access which include kitchen , lounge, backyard and so on . During your stay I am very friendly and easy to get along with . I work morning shifts so mainly home from late afternoon. I enjoy talking but equally happy to respect your privacy . Other things to note The parking is available on the street and it is free .
