The space The apartment is located in the newly built Life-Primorsky complex, Primorsky district of Saint-Petersburg. The protected inner territoty of the complex is under 24/7 CCTV surveillance. An underground parking is available for our guests. The complex's lockation makes it easy to reach both the city center and the coast of the Gulf of Finland with its resorts, SPA and restaurants. In a 15 minutes walking distance you'll find one of the biggest city parks, and in 30 minutes you can get to the 300 yeras Anniversary of Saint-Petersburg Park. A stroll of just 45 minutes through a gorgeous walking bridge across Neva river will bring you to the "Saint-Petersburg" Stadium (Zenith Arena). The apartment in warm summer colours gives cheerful and cosy impression. The queen-size bed provides a comfortable accomoidation for up to 2 guests. We can arrange an aditional couchette for your child. A spacious kithen has an electric stove and an oven, a cooker hood, a microwave, a fridge and a dishwashing machine. 4 people can comfortably sit at the table. The air conditioner is installed for your convinience. You will find all the necesary tableware in the kitchen's cupboard. A flat-screen TV and the working table are installed in the bedroom.
