A 2 bed apartment just minutes walk from the coast. Sleeping 5 it has a bright & airy kitchen living room, it's own garden that benefits from all day sunshine and very close to award winning beaches. Four-legged friends welcome. In these current times my cleaners are exceeding guidelines for sanitising and the apartment is having a deep clean after every visit. Rest assured you’ll be able to have a wonderful, restful break away from the stresses of the outside world, in my safe clean apartment. The space The living space comprises an open plan kitchen living room. The kitchen has a dishwasher, full size fridge and freezer, microwave, gas oven and hob. There is a washing machine and laundry airer at the property plus iron and half size ironing board. The living area has two sofas, dining table and 5 chairs, bookcase with a large selection of DVD's and books. There is a DVD player and 36 inch smart television which has BT TV and over 100 freeview channels to watch, pause and rewind. There is wifi throughout the apartment. The main bedroom has a wardrobe, large chest of drawers, bedside tables and an en-suite with shower and large window with view over Swanage bay. The second bedroom has a solid built oak triple bunk, with full size double bed at the bottom, a single above and 2 large drawers underneath. Also a large oak chest of drawers and hanging space. Both bedrooms have blackout blinds, radio alarm clocks and views out towards the countryside. The family bathroom has a large double ended bath and separate spacious shower. Directly outside the front door is a shingle garden with table and 5 chairs including parasol. Allocated off road parking is just metres away. Guest access You will have sole occupancy of the entire 2 bed, 2 bathroom apartment. Other things to note Bring your own towels, bed and kitchen linen provided. The property is gas central heated, double glazed and there is wifi throughout. 1 dedicated off-street parking space right by the flat entrance plus ample street parking. The accommodation is on the first floor with access via a staircase. Suggested walks are detailed in the Welcome Folder, as well as a wide variety of dog friendly cafes and restaurants. I am unfortunately not able to offer EV charging. We've had issues in the past as the cable crosses a public path and steps.
