Nice 2-room-apt. with a view and swimming pool

From the large balcony or terrace you have a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains and the UNESCO Natural Park. Our house is located in a residential area near the ski slopes in winter and at a strategic starting point for hikes and bike tours of light to medium difficulty in summer. Someone will always be available for your questions at the reception. The space The apartments are equipped with fast WIFI access, telephone, satellite TV and Sky signal for self-brought decoders, a safe, a balcony or a terrace. In addition, each apartment has its own bathroom with shower and/or bathtub, toilet, hair dryer and double sink. We provide bed linen, small and large towels and kitchen towels for the private kitchen. Towels are going to be changed twice a week and final cleaning on departure is included in the price. Our kitchens are equipped with a microwave oven, a dishwasher, an electric ceramic hob, an exhaust hood, a German and Italian coffee machine and a refrigerator with freezer compartment. You will also find pans, pots, dishes and disposable tablecloths in the kitchen. The apartments are furnished in traditional alpine style, with parquet and/or carpeted floors, a single or double pullout sofa bed, a dining table for up to 6 people. Guest access Our residence has a new indoor swimming pool with panoramic views, a Jacuzzi, a garden in the summer with sunbeds and parasols, a relaxation area with Finnish sauna and steam bath. For our little guests you will find a heated indoor children's pool, as well as a small playground in our garden. The communal areas such as the breakfast room and the bar as well as an additional parking space in the garage, ski and bike room, laundry room with washing and drying facilities upon request and extra-charge. Other things to note Guests aged 14 years and over have to pay a local overnight tax of Euro 3,40.- per person per night.
