Art Deco house which has been recently renovated to become a modern, open-plan family home with bi-fold doors leading to a patio and garden with great views of the ocean. With off-street parking it is located in a quiet corner of Penzance yet a short walk from the shops, bus & train stations. We have a garden with a trampoline for kids and there’s a cupboard full of board games for those rainy days. The space The open plan kitchen diner makes for easy living with families. The 2nd bedroom can either work as a bunk bed or twin bed arrangement. The 3rd bedroom has a single cabin bed and we can add in a toddler bed if required.
