Guest access The apartment is located on the second floor. Other things to note AMENITY LIMITATIONS: We are a maharashtrian family renting out our property, with the goal to give a homestay feel. We have certain hosting limitations, and we kindly ask guests to consider and discuss the following before booking: Even though unto 4 guests can be comfortably accommodated - Reservation is required for all guests. Beyond 4, group bookings are not accepted at this listing (hosted at other listing), please discuss the sleeping arrangements in this case before booking. We provide standard mixed cotton and synthetic linens. Guests with allergies or sensitivities should bring their own. The kitchen is semi-equipped for light cooking. We offer essential equipments but can provide more upon request. Basic utensils and cookware are provided. Advanced appliances such as an oven or dishwasher are not available. The space is not suitable for infants (no crib) or those with disabilities (no lift, stairs only), but guests are welcome to book if comfortable with these conditions. We provide a standard water filter for corporation-supplied water. No ground water is used, therefore no RO water filter is available. House help inclusive in the booking for cleaning of utensils and spaces but they do occasionally take their monthly off and we try to arrange another. • No cable or OTT subscription is currently available. A Chromecast is available for casting content from your own device. Assistance can be provided for setup if required. TV is not a smart TV. • A washing machine is available with spin dry. Clothes line is provided for be air-drying. • Limited car parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Reserved or covered parking is not available. • In case of power cuts in very rare circumstances, inverter backup is not available. • Additional cleaning charges are applicable of the house is left messy or dirty.
