Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This room is specifically for travelers passing through the Tri-Cities and need a comfortable place to sleep! This is in a perfect location near rd 68 where there are plenty of places to eat, shop for groceries and/or get coffee. This is a single bed private room. The bathroom may be shared by another guest but don’t worry! We will provide you with your own proper towels and toiletries! The space Our space is a brand new modern home in a new development built in 2020!The interior design makes our place very unique & clean. We sanitize and clean the entire room & bathroom as soon as guest check out. We take pride in having a clean and minimalistic environment. Hosting is something we love to do and have a passion for creating a great experience for all our guests. We have lived in Tri-Cities all our lives and would love to help with recommendations etc. :) Guest access There is free street parking in front of our house. We just ask our guests to park on the right or left side of the house and not the driveway :) The neighborhood is in a new development so everything is new. I love how quiet the area is and yet still close to stores and restaurants. It is easy to get around if you have a car. If not there are ubers or lyfts around town.
