The house has a large illuminated SWIMMING POOL, furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas, equipped with a bathroom and outdoor shower with hot water, BARBECUE with ready wood, table and chairs. It is located in Ruffano (LE), one of the most picturesque towns in the Salento hinterland. Its location, between the two seas, is strategically ideal for reaching all the most beautiful tourist destinations in 15 minutes!! The space CIS -LE07506491000007940 - CIN-IT075064C200042583-The house, facing the POOL (shared with us along with the surrounding space) (with waterfall and salt water) is located on the ground floor; it has a large space and a parking lot inside the structure, closed with an automatic gate. A beautiful barbecue with table and chairs in the POOL area will allow you to have wonderful barbecues, breakfast, lunch and dinner with the view of the illuminated POOL, equipped with sunbeds and parasols. Ruffano (LE) is one of the most evocative towns in the hinterland. Its geographical position, equidistant from the two seas, is strategically ideal for reaching in 15 minutes (by car) the tourist destinations located both on the Ionian Sea, such as GALLIPOLI, Pescoluse and Lido Marini, (sandy with crystal clear waters) and on the Adriatic side such as Otranto, S. Cesarea Terme, Castro Marina (with jagged cliffs). A few km away is also S. Maria di Leuca, the extreme strip that divides the two seas of Salento. Don't look elsewhere for the MALDIVES, they are in Salento with a very fine white beach, shallow waters, clear and fragrant water, a wide horizon with infinite and red sunsets where you can lose your thoughts and anxieties. The house is located on the ground floor and has a large outdoor space, to enjoy the special tranquility that this town of Salento offers. Under the starry sky you can make wonderful GRILLED DISHES with the beautiful BARBECUE and the wood we provide. Within walking distance you will find a Pharmacy-Bar-Supermarkets-Gasoline-Tobacco-Pizzeria\Restaurant-Playground-Fishmonger with fresh fish.-The house can be occupied by 5\6 people. It consists of a large living room+kitchenette/kitchen -large bathroom (plus one in the pool) -kitchen -3 bedrooms- and has the following amenities: -air conditioning in summer-independent heating in winter -50 INCH TV in the living room +TV in the bedrooms -mosquito nets-washing machine-hairdryer -microwave oven -refrigerator -FREE WI-FI connection -dishes provided -INTERNAL parking space -iron. It is rented for short and long periods. Guest access Guests will have free access to the swimming pool (in front of their home) and the large furnished space around it. The barbecue is at your complete disposal with wood provided by us for wonderful barbecues and you can have lunch or dinner outdoors whenever you wish! Other things to note - Only small pets are allowed, but they cannot access the appropriately fenced pool area, to ensure the safety of your children. - No parties and events.- NO overnight invitations or pool use for other external guests. -The pool is to be shared ONLY with us, who stay in the property and not with guests from other homes. - FREE access to the pool, but respect the rules and the time of its cleaning and maintenance. -Shared outdoor space also in the pool. - No diving from the waterfall.
