This is the listing for my dad's very large upstairs master bedroom unit located in the foothills of the Sequoias. Just 5 minutes away from Lake Kaweah and only 15 to 20 minutes from the entrance to the Sequoia National Park. The master bedroom unit is located in my dad's two-story attached guest house with a private entrance, king, queen and a single beds, and full private bathroom. Sleeps up to 5 guests. The space Includes... * Private entrance with code lock. * King & queen beds. * Single bed in an attached room. * Full private bathroom. * New air conditioner / heater. * Microwave, small refrigerator, and coffee maker. * Attached private outdoor patio. * HEPA air purifier. * 48" HD tv with Roku / Netflix. * High speed wifi. * New carpet. No pets or smoking are allowed inside the unit. Check-in is anytime after 5pm. Check-out is no later than 11am. Please text or call to coordinate checking in. The unit is cleaned and sheets & towels washed daily. We always want our guests to have a good stay at my dad's.
