Description

Fast travel to the city in 15 min, the room is very close to S7 metro station. You get 1 cosy and lovely room in the basement, fully furnitured, very bright, new mattress in May 2025. We have shared rooms for bath and kitchen. We also issue the landlord's certificate. The space The perfect place for young expats, who look for a place like home. It is a small, but cozy in the basement It is very quiet. Bath room, toilet and shower you share with 1 other room. Kitchen, washing machine and dryer are shared with others in the house. We included free DSL Internet, heating, electricity, water. We slightly prefer long term tenants. Guest access The house is quite large and we have lots of space. If you want to meet us from time to time, it is no problem. We might meet in the entrance or kitchen area anyways, even if we are not chefs. If you rather want to be on your own, this is also possible. In the basement nobody will disturb you. Other things to note It is gorgeous here. The house was completely renovated in 2010 and the room in 2012. Beside the terrace we also have a large garden. It is very relaxing to sit there reading a book. Sometimes we do barbecue on our private shaded terrace. You can join on request. It will be much more personal than in a hotel. Our commuter train (SBahn) is just 3 minutes from home, jogging to Isar takes 5 min
