Perfectly positioned on the border of Alexandra Headland & Maroochydore, this very spacious duplex apartment is just a leisurely 4-min stroll to the beach and the surrounding cafes, restaurants, surfclubs, bars and shops (leave the car in the carport - you won’t need it!). There’s even a small, private fenced grassed backyard & undercover entertaining area with BBQ.(Master bedrm has reverse aircon) *Strictly no parties The space Our property was originally built in the late '70s and after various facelifts; it still oozes the character and charm of yesteryear. It has a small private backyard with covered entertaining area to keep your children & fur babies safe. The oversized master bedroom has a king-sized bed with built-in robes and a remote ceiling fan. It also has a split system air-conditioning unit. There is a small nook/study zone just off master bedroom plus a second shower and vanity. (Please note, there is no toilet in this bathroom) The second bedroom has two single beds, a ceiling fan and built-in robes (double pull-out bed in sofa in living room for guests 5 & 6). You'll feel comfortable in our fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining and living zones that have timber louvres so you can open them right up and welcome in the sea breezes. Sandy feet are no problem - it's fully tiled throughout. You can park your car in the single off-street carport and there is also free on-street parking. Guest access There is a single carport for guests to use and free parking on the street. You can basically walk, skate or bike everywhere you need to; otherwise there are e-scooters across the road for hire 24/7, plus buses that run regularly nearby. Other things to note We are in a very quiet complex of just three ground-floor apartments one block from the beach.
