Lucy's Place: Spacious 2 bedroom apartment

Welcome to our spacious and cosy 2 floor apartment in a grade 2 listed building above a busy city centre pub. It is ideally located for enjoying the city’s attractions as you are right in the city centre. There are 2 bedrooms and a large comfy living and dining area to relax in and well equipped kitchen. The pub downstairs is a craft ale bar and great fun in an evening, so come down and join us! Please note: Live music in the pub which can be heard in the sitting room especially at weekends. The space The apartment is stylish and large. It is 2 minutes from the bus station and a ten minute walk from the train station. Lancaster university is a 20 minute bus ride away and University of Cumbria within walking distance. Lancaster is a beautiful city with a large park, stunning views of Morecambe Bay and a 40 minute drive from the Lake District. The flat is above a busy pub. Noise from downstairs can be heard in the main living space - especially on Saturdays when there is live music. If you're out and about in town, this place is perfect as so central (you'll probably enjoy the bar downstairs too!) but if you're planning a quiet Saturday in, this place probably isn't for you. Other things to note This apartment sleeps up to 4 guests and is ideal for couples though not recommended for children. Guests must be aware that during weekends there is live entertainment in the pub until midnight (occasionally until 1 am) which can be heard from the first floor of the apartment, although is less audible in the bedrooms on the top floor. Entry to the apartment is up steep stairs. The apartment has a private entrance.
