The space Welcome to Piriac Nice cosy house, large closed garden not overlookd, located in a quiet district. 2 minutes walk from the beaches, 5 minutes from the harbor. Piriac is knowned as a "little city full of character" in the heart of the peninsula of Guérande. Close to La Brière, La Baule, Le Croisic. Ideal for hikking, sailing, fishing and discovering the surroundings and its rich natural and historical heritage. The house Outside : table, chairs, benches, armchairs, hammock, deck chairs, barbecue. Kitchen : dishwasher, microwaves oven, traditionnal oven, vitroceramic stove,, 2 refrigerators (including 1 with a independant deepfreezer), coffee machine, toaster, dishes for 8 persons. Dining room : table for 8 persons Living room : converted sofa (for 2 persons) 3 bedrooms – 2 with 2 persons beds + 1 mattress as an extra bed if needed / 1 bedroom with 4 beds for 1 person. Even though the house is equiped for 8 adults, it will be more confortable for 6. For babies : baby bed with mattress, bath tub, high chair. Laundry : washing machine and large sink (convenient for "big cleaning"). 1 bathroom + 1 extra room with sink + 2 WC Price Price : 108 euros/night 756 euros for an entire week 2 592 euros for an entire month Fees include water and electricity Guest access Accessibility 2 to 3 cars can be parked inside the lot (entirely closed, thus secured). The neighbours appreciate that no cars are parked on the central square. Transportation Cars (up to 2 or 3) can be parked in the lot that makes the house very easily accessible. You can rent a car in Nantes's airport (follow these directions : Saint-Nazaire, La Baule, Guérande and finally Piriac). Piriac can also be reach by train (stations are La Baule-Ecoublac or Le Croisic, closest is Le Pouliguen) and then take a bus with the local company Lilia.
