A dream villa on the waterfront

My non-smoking accommodation is close to the beach (20 m), Barfleur (1 km) and major tourist attractions (e.g. landing beaches). You'll love my place because of the safe beach, the comfortable beds, the comfort, the view, the hospitality, the cleanliness, the quiet, the materials available. My place is good for families (with kids). Four-legged companions are welcome. Linens and towels are only provided upon request. The space This traditional granite house has its feet in the water. It is located 1 km from Barfleur, one of the most beautiful villages in France. Renovated in 2014, it faces a sandy, quiet and safe beach. Its large fenced lawn goes up to the coastal trail and allows you to enjoy the view and live to the rhythm of the tides. The owners speak English well. They will do their best to accommodate you in the best way. Children and pets are welcome. The furniture was renewed in 2016. This house is ideal for 8 to 10 people (total area rented about 200 square meters): Ground floor: - 1 large living room (45 m²) with a 13th century fireplace. - 1 fully furnished kitchen: gas stove, dishwasher, oven, fridge (with freezer) and all kinds of utensils are available - 1 Bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, washing machine. First floor: - 1 large bedroom with 2 double beds (x 140 cm) with countryside views. - 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (x 140 cm) with sea view (a baby bed is provided if necessary). - 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (x 140 cm) with sea view. - Another bed is available on the large landing in front of the bedrooms. - Additional toilet + sink. An outdoor barbecue with table and chairs is available. Since 1970, the Coastal Law no longer allows construction so close to the sea. That's why this rental is unique in the area.
