The space Dear guest, Hello and a cordial welcome to our house! Overview Be it sports and adventure, relaxation to recharge your batteries or a bit of both: Our region offers an abundance of activities and will match with your expectations! Enjoy the peace and quiet when having breakfast watching fishermen´s boats on the lake, before exploring the vast network of well-marked hiking trails once you step out of the door. For those more into relaxation: Make yourself comfortable at the terrace and immerse into the mixture of fresh air, singing birds and sunbeams. Apartment amenities Our apartment (approx. 70 square metres) comprises a living room, a sleeping room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and separate toilet as well as another sleeping room. Whether you are a self-caterer or not: Take advantage of our kitchen equipped with a stove including an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a fridge, a coffee machine and several other kitchen equipment to make you feel at home. Towels and bedcovers are also available. If you are planning a longer stay or wash some stains: Our bathromm is equipped with a washing machine. Stay connected: WIFI access is complementary. Guest access Terrace and garden area Open the door of your sleeping room and directly step at the terrace where seating, tables and sun covers (parasols) are welcoming you. Have the view on the lake accompanying your course of the day or enjoy the morning sun on the easterly terrace: Our aim is your comfort! Beach access We keep saying: Enjoy the view on the lake and the flushing meadows on the surrounding mountain range but don´t miss out on having a refreshing swim yourself! Access to the private beach premises you share with guests from other small apartment owners is inclusive. Have a stroll on the well-marked foot and hiking tracks to reach the beach or take the car (parking available) to be at the shores of the lake within a glimpse of time.
