Cozy vacation home in Magliano Alfieri, just 8 km from Alba, where we host up to 15 people in 6 comfortable rooms with bathrooms. The large living room with fireplace and a magnificent equipped kitchen are at your complete disposal. The property is all fenced: you will find the park with ornamental and fruit plants, a separate walnut forest, where our donkeys graze, the parking lot, the large swimming pool, the bocce court and an area equipped to prepare wonderful barbecues with friends. The space The house is available for a minimum of 3 nights. The minimum weekly price is for 8 people, even if the number of occupants is lower, and includes final cleaning. Electricity and gas costs are based on consumption: the meters will be read on arrival and departure, and the difference is multiplied by the cost per cubic meter or kilowatt hour, updated according to market prices. If the total exceeds the amount of the management costs paid at the time of booking, the difference must be paid at check-out. Only the tourist tax remains to be added. Children under 2 years of age are accommodated free of charge. By requesting it in advance, we offer up to two cots and high chairs free of charge. Guest access The outdoor area is fully accessible to guests. In particular, a barbecue area with a table and chairs for outdoor dining is reserved for them, as well as access to the magnificent swimming pool (shared with the owners).
