The Dairy - Quaint village stay

The Dairy is a quaint self-contained annex at the side of our detached property in the picturesque village of Tockington just north of Bristol. There is a bedroom on a mezzanine over an open plan living/dining/kitchen area and shower room. The accommodation is situation on the approach to the village, accessed from a private driveway with parking at the front. You have the use of a private veranda with views of the countryside and the opportunity to take in the village atmosphere. The space The house and the dairy have been lovingly renovated over the past 3 years, with the dairy being converted from the old stone farm buildings that formed the original house. The Dairy has a bright and light feel with high ceilings. The mezzanine has lots of storage nooks, a window seat and sky light, however there is restricted head height as it is in the roof. The mezzanine is accessed via a paddle staircase with glass balustrade to make the most of the light and space. In the open plan living space there is a sofa and occasional chair, with lots of blankets, cushions and space to relax and watch the smart TV (we have recently changed the sofa/chair set up hence the photos show a mix of the old and new set up). There is a large wardrobe built into the old doorway and an under stairs cupboard for storage. The kitchen is fully fitted, with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, fridge and all of the kitchen equipment you should need (however if you need something that we don’t have, give us a shout in the house and we can probably lend it to you!) The shower room has a corner toilet, country style freestanding basin and the shower is accessed through a sliding door. Guest access You have access to the self contained annex and the front driveway for parking. There is also a cute veranda and small garden to the front.
