TV with remote.. sorry no wifi. . ..Heavy duty Wooden bed frame,Queen size. . Built in robe- USB charger x2 on Power board. Dark timber Venetian blind. Outside -There is a great insulated patio/veranda. Jacuzzi/spa (It's usable all year round) 2x outside sun lounges & as of 12/12/2022 a raised decking w/seating, Weber Q BBQ. The space We have amazing bird activity in the street including Torres strait Pigeons, Fruit Bats, Miniature insect bats fly through nightly at around 630pm-Cockatoo's -Honey eaters-Lizards-and many more. There's shops and a bottle shop just down the road less than 1km. Bus stops are near by. We have washing machine. New kitchen. Welcome to use any appliances and cooking gear and a dishwasher. AC bedrooms and living area. . Most love sitting in the comfy chairs outback or in the spa. There is a couple of lazy boys to lay in. Yes..its real nasty here...not. A car is the best to explore the region. A day trip to Litchfield national park is great and the Berry Springs swimming nature Park is a 20 minute drive away. There's a bus stop only 2 minute walk away which takes you to the exchange where you catch another bus using the $3 ticket again(valid for 2 or 3 hrs I think)... walking to the shops takes about 15 minutes. Always take water with you. Guest access Lockable gates at front driveway. Use the main gate with a big 35 on the cyclone mesh The Stainless steel numbers are quite large to see at nigjt. . I lock up as you will too if nobody's home. (Thanks) We mainly use the Patio entrance (Not the front door) at the end of the driveway(around the back)- There.s a drinks fridge here and a good size fridge for food etc in your room. When guests stay I leave lighting on all night. I will usually be around to greet you a give you the rundown ,if not, just phone me if any problems.. I try to put your name and stay dates on the room door so you know which one is yours if I'm not home when you check in. Rear door key and driveway gate key are on a set hanging on a coat hook on side of wardrobe inside your room. If I'm unable to be home on arrival or really late ,I'll put a combination lock on the main gate just for check in.and let you know the code in a message prior. Rear sliding door will be unlocked. That about all. During your stay I like to socialize but pends how busy i am and vice versa. Call me if you need any time. Other things to note IMPORTANT MESSAGE HERE...OK , so if you message me ,please state (your purpose for the visit) why your wanting my room(s) eg: I'm a tourist -or- I'm relocating- Where your coming from? . Also - you must be the person you say you are-don't book under someone else's profile or you may well be turned away(Yes -it's happened a few times). I wouldn't do it , so thems are the BNB rules.
