Can accommodate up to 5-6 adults. Located 300 meters from the beach, around 5 minutes walk. Parking space for 1 car. Offers a handmade stone grill with charcoal for enjoyable BBQ's. There is air conditioning in every room and a bathroom on each floor and a balcony with the best uninterrupted view of Dhermi Beach. The space Living Room consists of rocking chair and L-shaped couch. Large 42" TV mounted on wall. Fully working fire place. Fully furnished kitchen, dinner table for 6 people. Includes WiFi. Yard consists of large Olive tree, large shading umbrella, table for 6 people with additional seating, charcoal barbecue and cobbled brick parking space at the side. Guest access You will be able to access all parts of the Vila. Other things to note The villa offers close walking distances to many surrounding small beaches of Dhermi. We are open to negotiations to those whom wish to stay for long periods of time.
