It's a 2BR, 45.85 sqm loft type unit in a residential condominium located at Mindanao Avenue corner Old Sauyo Road, Quezon City. It's 10 mins from SM North EDSA & Trinoma. There is NO WIFI/Internet in the unit. After more than 2 guests, there will be charge of ₱500 per pax, per night. We will provide basic essentials such as bedsheets, 2 towels & tissues. Other essentials such as shampoo, lotion, body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste & slippers are not available. The space It's a furnished unit. Cooking is not allowed except for those long term tenants. There is a microwave to heat your food, electric water kettle and rice cooker. Guest access Free access to the pool and gym for two guests. Pool opens from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm daily.
