Colonial Inn Guest Rooms Valley View Apartment

The Colonial Inn is a little different from the rest. It is a separate building 80 metres from the main house. This is a 1 BR fully self contained modern apartment with kitchenette and lounge which includes its own private deck. Rooms are not serviced daily but bins, towels and all essentials will be checked regularly. Also in the same building are 2 separate ensuite queen rooms with descriptions under each room title. Please note : The apartment has a minimum 2 night. Parties are prohibited The space Guest are accommodated in a separate building adding to the tranquillity and privacy of the setting. This listing is for the 1 BR apartment which has a small but fully operational kitchen plus a dining and lounge area.This leads off to a covered deck with magnificent valley views. In the bedroom there is a queen bed and 2 king singles. Please note -The 1st six photos show the apartment. The other 2 rooms offer more basic yet very spacious accommodation. One room has a queen bed and a single with tea and coffee making facilities and private ensuite. The other room has Queen Anne style furniture with double bed. Guest access Guest have access to a major part of the property with some exclusions around the main house and the fenced areas which have alpacas and dams. During your stay Guests can choose to have their own space BUT we can be close at hand to help with any enquiry. Other things to note We are on a tranquil 4 acre rural property with 2 dams, a creek with rustic arched bridges and a couple of alpacas in the paddocks and the nearest shop and eating houses are 8 kms away.
