Walk to the Medical University of SC, Roper Hospital, Veteran’s Hospital, or the College of Charleston. Spacious & quiet bedroom/office space, with FULL access to & use of, entire condo. Nearby shops and restaurants. Nice front porch and your own TV with premium channels. You'll share my place with me; a single female (who keeps a very low profile). Welcome all! The space Please note: This listing is a second story walk-up with one flight of stairs. Most importantly, guests cannot stay here for less than 30 days, which is beyond my control, I'm afraid, so thank you for not requesting exceptions! Guest access Entire condo, so make yourself at home! Other things to note I just request consideration towards the downstairs owner. Since it’s hard-wood floors, hope you won’t mind removing hard soled shoes or boots upon entering. The downstairs owner requests “quiet time” between 11:00 pm & 7:00 am. But that’s only in the bedroom. Doesn’t apply to entire condo.
