Remise of a historic watermill in the Hunsrück

The Schülersmühle is hidden in the Rhineland-Palatinate part of the Hunsrück in the romantic Dhrontal, a side valley of the Moselle, not far from Bernkastel-Kues, the Erbeskopf as the highest elevation in Rhineland-Palatinate and directly under the castle to Hunolstein near Morbach. The former horse stable and hayloft of the Schülers Mühle now houses the restored 90 sqm remise, which provides excellent lodging for between 2 and 5 people. The space Consisting of an open kitchen-living room on the ground floor, a small bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a single bed, shower and toilet on the intermediate level and a bedroom with a double bed and integrated bathtub, panoramic windows overlooking the Dhronbach on the upper floor. The furnishings are high quality, but rustically nostalgic and include underfloor heating, satellite TV, stereo system, Wi-Fi, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, convection oven, ceramic hob and washing machine/dryer combination. Above the access road to the Remise there is a 20 sqm south-facing terrace on an exposed slope, which is exclusively assigned to the Remise and offers plenty of space for sunbathing, relaxing or barbecuing. It is fully equipped with seating furniture, a dining table, parasol, sun loungers and a gas grill. Guest access The remise can be reached through a separate entrance via a footpath from the parking lot 20 m away. The remise includes a closed area on the grounds of the Schülers Mühle, which does not allow access to the private facilities such as the inner courtyard. Other things to note In addition, there is a final cleaning fee of 50,- EUR. Bed linen and towels included. When booking only one weekend, the basic price per night increases by 20,- EUR. The premises are ready for occupancy on the day of arrival from 5 pm and must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. Day of arrival by arrangement, but arrivals on a departure day of the previous tenant are not possible. The minimum stay is 2 nights, during the holiday season and Christmas/New Year's Eve 6 nights. No pets allowed! The house is recommended for guests between 10 and 65 years old! The conclusion of a separate rental agreement together with proof of identity is essential!
