Great for the 2024 Olympics. Ideally located close to the lake, casino and SPA Barrière, shops, market 3 times a week and restaurants. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator access. I'm available to welcome you before and during your stay. The space Beautiful, cosy and quiet45 sqm (around 485 spf) apartment, conveniently located 3mn away from the train station "Enghien-les-Bains " (which is 10mn from Paris gare du Nord on suburban line H). You'll have everything you need within walking distance: the lake, the casino, and the SPA. There are also many restaurants you can choose from but if you feel like cooking yourself, there is a supermarket, a bakery and the market 3 times per week down the building.
