Just steps from a private deep-water dock, it’s ideal for year-round boating, swimming, and water sports. Two kayaks, a canoe, SUP, and an Oasis swim pad are included. Lake depth at the dock is approximately 30 feet at summer pool, making it excellent for swimming, fishing, or docking your boat. Shoulder seasons are especially peaceful, cozy, and romantic. The cabin is conveniently located near Watauga Lake Mercantile, Villa Nove Vineyards, La Cucina Italian Kitchen, Suba’s, Monsoon Thai Restaurant, and Pleasants Store. Beyond the lake, enjoy waterfalls, hiking trails, mountain biking, and easy access to the TN Tri-Cities (Johnson City, Bristol, Kingsport) and the NC High Country (Boone, Blowing Rock, Banner Elk, Beech Mountain, West Jefferson). Gas stations and larger grocery stores are approximately 20–30 minutes away. Watauga Lake Mercantile, Pleasants Store, and Dollar General are 3–10 miles from the cabin. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and private dock. Other things to note Driveway & Parking: The concrete driveway is rather steep. All-wheel drive or 4WD is recommended during winter weather. If parking at the top of the driveway, the walk to the front door is approximately 125 feet. Additional parking is available on the pad to the left before the driveway or behind the boat trailers along the road. Please keep the driveway and cul-de-sac clear so boat trailers can safely turn around. Pets: Well-behaved dogs are welcome. Dogs must be crated if left unattended in the cabin. Pets should remain on a leash outdoors, and all waste must be bagged and placed in the trash.
