Choose this 5-star located well equipped apartment and I'll help you with local tips, arranging airport transfer or sending detailed info about public transportation from/to the airport if you need. This lovely place is ideal for a city break in Budapest. It is located on Szent István körút, right in the heart of the city, close to the Parliament, the Margaret Island and the Danube with many other attractions within walking distance. The space My place is a recently renovated two-storey apartment in an old traditional Hungarian building. Downstairs there's the living room area with sofas (one of them is pull-out, 160 cm wide), kitchen and dining table with 4 chairs, upstairs (on a gallery, ceiling height is about 1,9 m) there is the bedroom with a double bed (also 160 cm wide), as you can see on the photos. The flat opens from the narrow backyard of the house, it's on the ground floor so unfortunately it is not very bright but that's why it has very pleasant climate in summer. And we also have an AC, this can help to cool or to heat the room too :) The apartment is equipped with all the comforts you generally need and more :). Things does not appear in the images: map and guidebook of Budapest, nice architectural albums, slippers, umbrellas, air conditioner. In the kitchen you will find dishwasher, varied cooking utensils and tableware, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, free 3in1 coffee and tea, salt, sugar, flour, spices, oil and so on… In the bathroom, beyond the basics (towels, toilet paper, soap/liquid soap): hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo, cotton pads, ear sticks, first aid kit, and you can use the iron+ironing desk and washing machine in the forefront (also with detergent and rinse for free). Guest access All guests can use the entire apartment without any restrictions. Other things to note The studio is located in a quiet building, therefore please respect our neighbors by moderating noise level after 21:00 pm. You can use all appliances but please handle them with special care as if they were yours. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartment, please be aware of the non-smoking guests coming after you. (200 EUR compensation if there is smoke-smell or any other sign of smoking after your leaving because renting an ozone generator to remove odors is very expensive!) We may collect your personal information as required by The Hungarian National Tourism Data Supply Centre (NTAK). Please support legal hosting, in a registered apartment you are protected, too! Bookings longer than 14 days contains a mandatory weekly cleaning (no extra cost for you if you have good reviews), in a specific, agreed time.
