The space The Lemon Tree holiday home was extensively renovated and completely refurbished in 2015 and has been awarded the highest rating of 5 stars by the German Tourism Association. The last renovation took place in winter 2020/2021. New oak parquet floors were laid in the living and dining room and the hallway and the small bathroom were newly tiled. We always aim to make the house look freshly renovated. The holiday home with 120 sqm was built in 1900 from tuff stone. You enter the holiday home through a sunny courtyard, which you can use alone and undisturbed. Here you will find a beautiful wooden terrace with seating area. The separate lounge corner invites you to linger and offers fresh air after a sauna session in the vaulted cellar. The cosy living room has a wood-burning stove, furthermore there are 3 comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen-cum-living room, two bathrooms with bathtub and a Finnish sauna with relaxation room in the natural stone vaulted cellar. We also rent out another house in the beautiful Moselle valley in Treis-Karden. Please note: Airbnb does not have the option to offer a child discount. Children are automatically charged in full as adults when listed. We ask that you only list people 14 years and older. Children up to and including 5 years old are free of charge. Children from 5 years up to and including 13 years are charged with us with € 12,00 per night. You can then inform us in writing how many children of which age you are bringing and settle the additional payment on site upon arrival. Guest access Private access with private use of the house, the courtyard and the sauna. You alone can use it undisturbed. Other things to note As the use of the sauna is very individual and seasonal, we have decided not to include it in the general rental costs. The sauna is available at any time and is operated by a coin-operated machine (€ 2.00 per hour).
