Our spacious home is ideal for your family or group vacation to Lake Winnipesaukee and the surrounding region! With stunning lake views from almost every room, walking-distance beach access, spacious outdoor living, and surrounding nature, you have a beautiful lake atmosphere with the added benefit of privacy. The space We are just a 7 min drive from downtown Meredith (Town Docks, Mills Fall, etc). We are only ~10 - 20 min drive to many major attractions in the area, some favorites listed in our AirBnB Guide Book. There is water access just .7 miles down the road at a quaint beach (no parking permit required!). The clear water and sandy bottom make it a perfect spot to cool off, float, and bring your dog for a swim. The spectacular sunset views from here are not to be missed! There numerous places to enjoy outdoor living on the property, including a wrap-around deck, 3 fire pits, a propane grill, and a patio area looking out towards the water. JUST ADDED: a brand new outdoor shower for you to enjoy! There is plenty of parking for cars, boats, snowmobile trailers etc on the property. There are A/C units for all 3 bedrooms. For remote workers, our home has strong internet throughout the property and various workspace areas. We personally work remotely here often, as have many of our guests.
