The small Gîte Perissé, 1 km to Lake Puydarrieux

We rent out an 80 square metre flat, completely independent on a renovated farm. 2 bedrooms, 4 beds, large living area with kitchenette, bathroom, private car park and private garden area. Natural swimming pool 15 x 10 m Very quiet location, bird sanctuary Lac du Puydarriex 1 km away, bathing lake Lac de Castelnau Magnoac 8 km, Hiking, cycling, swimming, motorbike, let your mind wander! The space The typical farmhouse was acquired from us in 1999 and completely renovated. We have created a park of 1.44 hectares. The small gîte is located on the left side of the house, but is completely independent and away from the noise and pollution of the towns. The proffesionals: this gîte is comfortable for 2-3 workers, there are only 2 bedrooms. The bathroom and living room with kitchenette are too small for more than 3 adult men, so we offer our large gîte for rent. The gîte is ideal for a couple or small family. The house (clay walls) creates a pleasant microclimate when properly ventilated, so it remains cosy even on hot days. On the ground floor there is a fully-equipped kitchen/living room with sitting area, a bathroom with washing machine and a storage room. Upstairs, there are 2 spacious bedrooms. Our accommodation is close to family-friendly activities (games, leisure activities, walks, hikes). A few words about the natural swimming pool: 50% of guests are enthusiastic, 50% look up. In summer, the water is green but magnificent. It is continuously filtered in a separate filtration ditch with aquatic plants. Because of its depth of 1.70 m, the swimming pond is not suitable for children who can't swim! Sleeps 4 adults, or 2 adults with max. 3 children. Other things to note Pellet stove, 1 bag of pellets included. We offer the free service of taking care of the stove while you're away, so you can step into a warm flat. If you wish to heat with electricity, these additional costs (€0.25 per kwh) are also due. Sleeps 4 adults (1 Couple), or 2 adults and 3 children.
