During your stay I am an onsite owner and will make every attempt to respond quickly to your needs and special arrangements. Other things to note You must book for the number of guests in the room. Any unannounced additional guest will result the nominal charge as listed on the site. The upstairs area should remain quiet after 11pm. Please enjoy the downstairs living space if you are a late night person. No open flames, candles or incense in the house. Lost key will result in a $25 fee. Do not use towels for make up removal, dyeing hair or anything else that would damage/discolor towels, sheets, carpet or blankets. Replacement charges will apply. Any damage to the carpets from food, dye, make up or any other source will result in a cleaning fee.
