One Bunk Studio Apt. in Barrio Logan with Backyard

Mid-century style and handmade crafts from both sides of the border abound in our one-of-a-kind 500SF studio. With a private backyard oasis, a neighboring art gallery, and a sweet location of only 1.5 miles from downtown, our "1-room hotel" is the place to stay. PLEASE NOTE: We live in an urban neighborhood and with that comes some urban noise. Upon request, we can provide a white noise machine and ear plugs for our guests, however, if you are a light sleeper our space might not be for you. The space We are a bit obsessed with hospitality! We will do almost anything to make your stay the best it can be. Perks of staying at our studio: - Amazing private backyard oasis - King-sized Casper mattress -Parachute linens and bedding - 55" Samsung TV - Speedy, secure & reliable WIFI and a BUMPING sound system (Bluetooth enabled makes for an easy hookup) - Yoga mats - A kick-ass beach kit upon request (towels, umbrellas, chairs & cooler) - Iron & ironing board upon request -2 complimentary cups of drip coffee from our friends at Cafe Moto, one of San Diego's original coffee roasters which is conveniently located across the street from One Bunk Barrio Guest access Guests have access to all of the large private backyard in addition to the apartment. **Please note that part of the backyard is a SHARED space, Our headquarters are located next door and from time to time, you may see some of our employees walking around (there are only about 4-5 of us around at a time, we work average office hours 7am-5pm M-F) The shipping containers are not available to guests as they are our conference room and storage space. Guests are welcome to use the cabana lounge, lower patio, and turf areas for hanging out but please be aware that there could be others utilizing the space during the week** Other things to note **One Bunk is NOT located in a shipping container** Please note that although we don't have parking on property, there is typically free parking available along National Avenue.
