The outdoor covered terrace with barbecue is perfectly connected with the interior through large openings, and will provide you with a relaxing place for morning coffees and hanging out by the pool. The living room, in addition to a beautiful view of the garden and pool, offers you a large open space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room for 8 people, sofa, TV and fireplace that creates a warm and relaxing atmosphere. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom and an activity room for playing with friends and family. On the first floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and two terraces with beautiful views of the green landscape. Villa Grace can accommodate 6+2 guests, it is fully air conditioned, has a private enclosed parking for 4 cars. Quiet location, modern design, rich equipment and spaciousness make this villa a great place to relax and enjoy. Villa Grace is not a party house and such behavior is not desirable. In July and August check in and check out are only possible on Saturday.
