Detached house with a large garden to slow down

The deceleration house built in 2014 has a large garden (> 700 m²) that invites you to play, run around, grill and relax. A sandpit is available for the little ones. On the sunny side there is a paved terrace right by the house. In the middle of the garden we built a wooden terrace so that you can also enjoy the last evening sun. The house is very spacious with a living space of 105 m², so that even "bad weather phases" can be comfortably spent in the house. Large windows ensure brightness and allow a clear view of the large garden. The house has a well-equipped modern fitted kitchen with a small counter area. The large dining table in the living-dining area can seat up to 8 people. The living room is furnished with two comfortable sofas. The whole house is very comfortably and lovingly furnished and offers the ideal conditions for a relaxing holiday. The deceleration house is in a very quiet location on the former grounds of the Blengow estate with a wonderful view of the restored manor house. Through the trees you can see the beautiful salt lagoon, which can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. The Ostseebad Rerik can be reached by bike in about 10 minutes. Two parking spaces are available in front of the house on the property.
